The room was clean and convenient, with upgraded amenities, but the AC was faulty and noisy disruptions affected our sleep. the location is great for exploring Austin, but the nearby highway noise did dampen the experience. the friendly staff tried to help with the issues, but overall, it fell short of impressing. the heated outdoor pool was a nice touch, but the lack of proper room maintenance and noisy neighbors left a lot to be desired. Considering the pros and cons, I may opt for a more central and stylish option for my next visit to Austin.
